What is paintless dent repair (PDR)?

PDR is a fast, cost-effective method to reshape metal without sanding, fillers, or repainting, and preserves the original factory finish.  Some types of repairs can be completed in 20 minutes, others may take a few hours.

 

What kind of dents can PDR fix?

Paintless Dent Repair is best suited for smooth, round, shallow indentations, with no paint damange.

This is the type of damage you usually get on hoods, roofs, and trunks from  hail, birds, or other projectiles; or the minor dings you get from rogue shopping carts or parking lot door kisses.

How does PDR work? 

• Any trim, accessories, or panels surrounding the dent are removed to allow access at the rear of the dent. 

• Specialized metal rods and body picks gently push the metal back into its original place from behind.

• For areas without rear access, specialized tabs are glued to the outside and pulled outward.

• Any high spots are gently tapped down and the surface is polished for a seamless look
